Will I recieve an order confirmation?
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via email. In case you do not receive the order confirmation, please contact us at international@yodobashi.com
Is there an order limitation?
We reserve the right to reject your order, if you order too many products in one or multiple orders. For more information see chapter 2 “Orders” of our Terms and Conditions.
Are the products I select always deliverable?
We must confirm stock is available before your order is successfully accepted. In case we cannot fulfill your order, our customer service center will inform you.
How can I place an order?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver your items with DHL. Possible delivery regions and countries depend on DHL's service area. Please contact us if your delivery country is not included in the dropdown list in the shopping cart.
Will I have to pay customs or charges for my order?
In the final invoice we can only include the item price and delivery fee. Depending on the destination country you have to pay an additional charge. For example tariffs, taxes and other customs fees. For more information, please check the Chapter 3 “Delivery” and Chapter 5” Prices” of Terms and Conditions and check with your national customs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times and dates are different from country to country. For more information check chapter 3 “Delivery” of Terms and Conditions.
Will I receieve a notification once me order is dispatched?
DHL delivery service will inform customers via e-mail when DHL ship the order. Depending on the destination, DHL e-mail service might not be available.
What do I do if my package does not arrive?
Delivery times and date is different from destination country and transportation situation. If your scheduled delivery time has been exceeded significantly, please contact us. Please check the scheduled delivery time in the Chapter 3 “Delivery” of Terms and Conditions.

Can ordered goods can be exchanged?

What can I do if I don't like what I ordered?
